Vegan Chocolate Chip Recipe from Indulgence #6

1 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
chocolate chips
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1/3 cup BOILING water (this will fizz like crazy when you add the baking soda, this is the egg replacement, so be sure that it is boiling)

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add vanilla and salt, mix.
Slowly add the flour, and keep mixing.
Add the baking soda/boiling water mixture, and mix.
Add the chips and oats.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
